The men's bodybuilding division is judged in three posing rounds to assess the athlete's physique and presentation. Bodybuilding judging covers the entire body from head to toe, not just one area. Judges look for the "complete package," which includes shape, muscularity, symmetry, and presentation.
Covers overall proportions and symmetry from top to bottom, front and side.
Overall muscle size and conditioning are assessed.
Stage presentation is evaluated in this round, as well as the competitor's ability to showcase their strengths and minimize their weaknesses.
